On 26th January 2018, Inside Out Music release Wuthering Nights: Live in Birmingham, the new live release from guitar legend Steve Hackett.
Wuthering Nights was filmed at the Birmingham Symphony Hall during Hackett’s recent, critically-acclaimed Genesis Revisited & Classic Hackett tour. Available as Special Edition 2DVD + 2CD Digipak, Blu-Ray, Digital album and Blu-Ray in stereo & surround sound, this is a must-have for any prog fan.

This tour marked the 40th anniversary of Wind & Wuthering, Hackett’s last album with Genesis which reached number 7 in the UK album chart. To celebrate Steve and his band played 5 of the best-loved tracks from this iconic album: Eleventh Earl Of Mar, One For The Vine, Blood On The Rooftops, In That Quiet Earth and Afterglow.

Il precedente album di Steve Hackett & Djabe è Summer Storms & Rocking Rivers.
L’album, ora è disponibile nelle versioni CD, CD+DVD, Doppio CD e MP3, ed è stato registrato nei concerti di Bratislava in Slovacchia il 14 luglio 2011, eccetto Los Endos che arriva da Budapest nel live del 30Novembre 2012.
Originariamente è uscito in doppio vinile e Blu-ray. Ma ora, appunto ecco una nuova edizione.
Steve Hackett collabora con i Djabe dal 2003, prima nell’album della band ’Sheafs are dancing’, poi in concerto insieme a Londra nel 2004.
Dal 2007, ogni anno, intraprendono mini-tour che toccano ogni parte del mondo: tra cui Malaysia, Bosnia, Austria, Slovenia, Olanda, Lituania, Croazia, Slovacchia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia e molte altre. Memorabile la partecipazione, in Romania, al Garana Jazz Festival di fronte a 13.000 persone.
Insieme eseguono in eguale misura le composizioni di Genesis, Steve Hackett e Djabe. Da una parte la band ungherese si confronta con i Genesis dell’era Gabriel e Collins indifferentemente, dall’altra Steve Hackett si immerge alla perfezione nella musica dei Djabe. La loro collaborazione, oltre ai concerti, trova spazio in svariati album – GUARDALI SU AMAZON.
